Below are the login credentials to access the printer settings/configuration via the webpage interface. Refer to the section for information on specific SATO printer model.

SATO WPC (Web-based Printer Control) / standard ‘e’ series network plug-in interface (LAN/WLAN)

Type IP address in address/URL in web browser window:

Default login credentials

User Name: root
Password: no password (blank)

CLNX Webpage Login

Enter IP Address of CLNX printer into web browser window to access printer’s webpage:

NOTE: based on 1.6.1-r1 fimrware; you will receive Security Alert that requires you to accept

Click Login link to access printer configuration settings and choose appripriate user login selection from drop-down:

User= settings / Password=0310 (default)
User=service / Password=6677 (default)

SATO S84-ex/S86-ex Webpage Login

Enter IP Address of print engine into web browser address bar:

When Windows Security prompt is displayed, you will enter the following credentials:

User name: admin (defaut)
Password: admin (default)
